Our On-site Consulting model is based on the participation of a specialist consultant (interim or part-time partner) who temporarily provides the HR means, experience and solutions to help companies in scenarios such as:

•  Companies which, due to their characteristics and/or size, don’t have an HR department.
•  Companies that have an HR department but require a specialised and occasional complement to manage situations involving change, strategy reorientation or conflicts.
•  Companies that need to delegate the development of specific HR projects to external specialists.
•  Companies whose ownership or management requires advice and strategic guidance with regard  to decisions related to HR management and development.
